NabuScribe lets you prepare encrypted messages that send themselves automatically if you stop checking in. Peace of mind, in writing.
How it works
Set it up once. Check in regularly. Your message only sends if you don't.
Compose your message and choose who receives it. Add attachments if needed.
Set your check-in interval. Your message is encrypted in your browser — we never see it.
Log in regularly to reset the timer. Miss your window and the message is delivered.
End-to-end encrypted
Messages are encrypted in your browser. We store ciphertext — unreadable without your passphrase.
File attachments
Attach PDFs and documents. Files are encrypted client-side with the same passphrase as your message.
Flexible intervals
Set check-in windows from 1 hour to 30 days. Multiple reminders with escalating urgency.
Seven languages
Interface available in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, and Japanese.
Why Nabu
Every product name has a story. This one goes back 4,000 years.
Nabu was the Babylonian god of writing, wisdom, and the keeping of destinies. He was the divine scribe — the guardian of the Tablet of Destinies, the cosmic record on which the fate of every living soul was inscribed.
His name in Akkadian means "to proclaim" — to announce, to ensure that what matters is heard, regardless of circumstance. He was the messenger between gods and humankind. Not merely a carrier of words, but their protector — the one who made certain they arrived.
The Scribe in NabuScribe is his legacy: the one who writes down what must not be forgotten, and delivers it when the moment comes. We built NabuScribe for the same reason. Some messages must be proclaimed, no matter what. Some words need a guardian. This is a tool for those messages.
